I bought a 2.40 shaku Jidai Koshirae from Seido. The quality is superb and suitable for beginner training use.

I just received this Bokken today, the wood is beautiful and "Smooth as Silk" (fine silk), quite a work of fine art. It is very well balanced and a bit lighter than my white oak bokken. It is definitely a rare find - My Thanks to Seido Shop.

Purchased the oar shaped suburito, the shorter one for indoor training.
First of all it was the best shipping experience I've ever had anywhere online. I was always aware of what was happening.

C'est un immense bonheur de recevoir des pièces d'artisanat traditionnel japonais. La qualité du bois, la beauté du veinage, la précision de la forme et la finition à l'huile de camélia, tout est conforme et réjouissant.
Je les utilise très régulièrement depuis un an maintenant et je confirme que la tenue dans le temps est parfaite.

I had been having trouble picking out a size, so I gave them an email asking for help. After some back and forth I landed on a size 3, I was worried it wasn't going to fit I'm 5'8"(172cm) and 173lbs (78kg) but it fits rather roomy almost. Going to wash it so it'll shrink a bit. I would highly recommend Seido for anyone!

I am so happy with this hakama the other one I got is heavy it gets hot down here in the South really hot the dojo is hot musky and sweaty lol this will suit me just fine

The furibo, weighing 0.8 kg, is very well made and feels good in the hand. I also use it to practice kirigaeshi, which works very well. The processing and shipping were very good, and everything went smoothly. I can highly recommend it. Thanks to the Seido team for the great training device. 😊👍
