We were probably on the toughest chain for selling and buying, with 7 properties involved. We were very lucky that we chose Romans Maidenhead as our selling agent (and Romans Woodley was looking after the top of the chain). The whole process took about 6 months and it was extremely bumpy and full of uncertainties. Warren Hendry, the assistant manager, has been highly professional, he stayed super calm and helpful even when the situation was nearly out of control. I was told at the end of the process that in order to update us with more accurate information, Warren had been on the phone for hours and hours to chase up the rest of the chain.
