Our Story
Karen Kane began in 1979 when Karen and her husband, Lonnie, decided to build a company of their own.
The business started small. Their home garage became their first office, studio, and warehouse, but their ambition was much bigger: to create clothing with exceptional fit and feel using quality fabrics and thoughtful techniques.
What began as a husband-and-wife venture gradually grew into a family business. Today, Karen and Lonnie's sons, Michael and Robert, are part of the company, helping carry the brand forward while continuing to develop new ideas in design, sustainability, recycling, and fabric innovation.
